It is now possible to sample all sensor at a time in the
automatic calibration dialog and the zero setting dialog. |

The duration of the channel sampling in the automatic
calibration and zero setting can be changed. |

When a 32 bit CAN channel of a device is sent over CAN and
recorded on an other device the channels is only split in
two when the source channels reads more than 16 Bit from
the CAN line. |

When channels of a device are sent to a CAN bus of an
other device using the "Send To"-function and in the
destination CAN bus are not enough channels free, a dialog
is shown in which CAN channels of an other CAN line can be
moved to the destination CAN bus. |

When channels are copied to CAN-Channels of an other
logger to record them over CAN, the copying is no longer
canceled, if a 32 bit channel has to be devided into two
16 bit channels and the two channels would get a different
CAN send identifier. |

When CAN channels are move from one CAN bus to an other,
the user is no longer asked which CAN bus should be the
destination, when only two CAN lines available. |

When only two CAN lines available in a device, the
menuitems to move CAN channels from one line to an other
now shows the name of the destination CAN bus. |

Order of items in popup menu of logger-tree changed to
have the same order like the popup menu of the channel
grid. |
